Cancelling

You can cancel a paid plan at any time by writing to us. It stays on until the end of the period you've paid for, then the business moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted.

When you get money back

• Charged by mistake or twice: refunded in full.
• A yearly plan, within 7 days of first paying for it: refunded in full, if you've changed your mind.
• A feature you pay for is removed: the unused part is refunded if you leave because of it.

Otherwise a month or year already started isn't refunded, and moving to a smaller plan applies from the next period.

How

Write to support@bookslyt.com with the business name and the payment's date or UPI reference. We reply within 2 working days; an approved refund goes back to the account it came from within 7 working days. The GST on a refunded amount is reversed with a credit note.
